Franklin BBQ

My family took a trip down to Austin, TX in July of 2021. No trip to Austin would be complete without some BBQ, and no better place than Franklin BBQ.

Unfortunately at the time Franklin BBQ was still operating under restrictions from Covid-19, so they were only doing pre-orders delivered to your trunk. So while I missed out on the experience of truly eating there. We also missed out on waiting in the long line.

We ordered a pound of brisket, and pound of ribs. We also ordered several sides and pie but they aren’t pictured.

Everything was amazing and definitely will take a chance to go back any day.
